Jon Goldman is a principal and financial partner of CG Development Group LLC. Goldman founded the company with Art Collazo in 2001.Concurrently, Goldman is the former CEO of Millennium Financial Corporation, a commercial and residential mortgage bank that has funded more than $1 billion in loans. Goldman has gained vast expertise in residential and commercial property development throughout his five years in the Chicago market. He takes a hands-on approach both on the development and financing sides of the business. Goldman has been involved, directly or indirectly, in the development and financing of more than 33 development projects. Goldman earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing at the University of Wisconsin. Goldman is currently involved with the Chicago Public Schools Tutoring and Mentoring Program.
